About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our premium laboratory solutions, specifically handling principals Sartorius WPS and Buchi (Freeze Dryer & Kjeldahl systems).

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Sartorius WPS and Buchi (FD & Kjeldahl) products in the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities in pharma, biotech, research labs, and academic institutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demonstration → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site visits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with application and service teams for successful installations and support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in scientific / analytical instrument sales
  • Exposure to Freeze Dryer (FD) and Kjeldahl systems is preferred
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
