About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our premium laboratory solutions, specifically handling principals Sartorius WPS and Buchi (Freeze Dryer & Kjeldahl systems).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Sartorius WPS and Buchi (FD & Kjeldahl) products in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities in pharma, biotech, research labs, and academic institutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demonstration → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with application and service teams for successful installations and support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in scientific / analytical instrument sales
- Exposure to Freeze Dryer (FD) and Kjeldahl systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer segments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
